Tia Freshour is a graduate of Purdue University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychological Sciences with a concentration in Human Development and Family Studies. Following her undergraduate studies, Tia relocated to Knoxville, Tennessee, to attend Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law.
While at Duncan School of Law, Tia served as President of the Healthcare Law Society and a mentor to incoming first-year law students and demonstrated a strong commitment to public service. Upon graduating, she was awarded the President Abraham Lincoln Pro Bono Award in recognition of her more than 250 hours of dedicated community service.
Tia is an attorney in Garza Law Firm’s Social Security Disability department, where she helps clients obtain SSA Benefits. Outside the office, Tia enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing soccer, reading, and exploring the beautiful Tennessee scenery. She remains actively involved in her community through weekly volunteer work at her church.
