Lacey Rorex

Attorney at Law

Lacey Rorex grew up in Snellville, Georgia, and Gulf Breeze, Florida, before attending Auburn University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science/Pre-Law with a minor in Italian Studies. During her time at Auburn, she studied abroad in Sicily, an experience that sparked a lasting appreciation for language, culture, and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the Nashville School of Law in 2019.

After being admitted to the Tennessee Bar, Lacey began her legal career as a prosecutor for the State of Tennessee, where she gained valuable courtroom experience advocating justice and representing the interests of her community. She later transitioned to personal injury law, where she now puts that litigation experience to work fighting for individuals and families who have been injured through no fault of their own.

In 2024, Lacey was named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40 in personal injury. A distinguished group of trial lawyers, selected from across the nation, whose members encompass the knowledge, skill, trial results, and success held by only the best lawyers in America. Lacey remains active with the Tennessee Bar Association, Chattanooga Bar Association, Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, National Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.

Lacey and her husband, Matthew, live in Chattanooga with their two children. Outside the office, she enjoys spending fall Saturdays cheering on the Auburn Tigers—despite living in a house divided with her husband, a devoted Alabama Crimson Tide fan. She also enjoys gardening, a passion inspired by her grandfather, and spends her free time growing a variety of fruits and vegetables.

Lacey is committed to guiding clients through every stage of the legal process with compassion, clear communication, and determined advocacy.
