A national provider of contract therapy solutions, including occupational, physical, and speech therapy services for continuing care and skilled nursing communities. The company achieved 97% growth and is making its first appearance on the Inc. 5000.
RevitalyzeMD | No. 3,324
A provider of aesthetic and wellness services including advanced laser treatments, IV therapy, hormone optimization, and other treatments. RevitalyzeMD achieved 88% growth and earned recognition for the second consecutive year.

An East Tennessee law firm focused on personal injury, DUI defense, criminal defense, and Social Security disability law. Garza Law Firm achieved 84% growth and is celebrating its second consecutive year on the list.
Axle Logistics | No. 4,154
A Knoxville based third party logistics company serving customers throughout North America. Axle Logistics achieved 55% growth and has now been recognized on the Inc. 5000 for an impressive 11 consecutive years.
KaTom Restaurant Supply | No. 4,768
A restaurant equipment and supply company serving foodservice businesses across the country. KaTom achieved 27% growth and is celebrating its 17th appearance on the Inc. 5000.
